Modular Homes are IRC (international residential building code) or UBC (uniform building code) homes that are set on foundations either crawl space or basement. These homes are easy to finance meeting most loan requirements and standards.

Sectional and Singlewide Homes are HUD (housing and urban developement) building code and can be set on a foundation or blocked and leveled on the ground. These homes often require special loan programs.

 

Manufactured Homes are built off site in a controled environment at a fraction of the cost and often built quicker than a site built house.
